The engineering department of Delta Pharma Limited is focused on planning, building, operating, and improving manufacturing facilities using the newest technologies and best practices to increase efficiency. By adhering to all regulatory requirements, we guarantee that pharmaceutical products are produced effectively, economically, and to the highest standards. A large number of qualified professional engineers, including mechanical and electrical, as well as skilled technicians in the areas of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air conditioning, and civil works, lead the engineering department. This group is in charge of diagnosing, fixing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic devices as well as machinery. They also take care of plant infrastructure maintenance.

Engineering Department

This department comprises a fully functional workshop with high-tech, heavy-duty equipment and skilled operators for maintaining and repairing plant machinery. Additionally, we offer an engineering store with a substantial inventory that sells accessories and spare parts. This department regularly performs preventive and corrective maintenance. It also ensures that the substation, generator, HVAC system, boiler, RO system, compressed air system, ETP, portable water, sanitation system, and fire fighting system are all operated correctly. Boiler systems, which are run by licensed operators in accordance with government compliance roles, efficiently produce more constant heat. Fire Hydrant System with Jockey pump and electrical pump with dedicated generator, sufficient number of fire hydrant, pillar hydrant, hose box and 140 various types of fire extinguisher, fire alarm, fire escape stair and other firefighting instruments were installed to ensure the safety of the peoples, materials, machinery and total facilities. We have the water reservoir of fire hydrant system of which capacity is 2,50,000 liters. This department is responsible to look after this system and also organize fire drill in every month for safety, security and regulatory purpose by following the protocol with good record keeping system.
