The highest authority of Delta Pharma Limited that manages the organization's international operations is the Executive Committee. This group discusses significant business matters and guides the organization in the proper path. The committee makes sure that the organization's best interests are considered in every decision. This forum offers a variety of viewpoints on a topic. Discussions, analyses, and conclusions are reached through idea sharing that embodies the participative management philosophy of the organization. Additionally, it makes it easier for the business to adhere to the highest corporate governance standards.
The Managing Director, who manages the Executive Management, is chosen by the Board of Directors to serve a five-year term (renewable) and is approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. Every division and department's annual business plan and budget are created by the executive management, who is also held accountable for their performance in these capacities. In order to perform its duties, the Executive Management is assisted by committees and subcommittees.

Dr. Mohammad Zakir Hossain is Secretary General
of Executive Committee of Bangladesh Aushad
Shilpa Samity (Bangladesh Association of Pharmaceutical Industries). He is a medical graduate
from Mymensingh Medical Collage under University of Dhaka. He also holds a Masters
Degree in Public Health from Mahidol University, Thailand and Ph.D. from Cambridge
University, UK. Before joining in Delta Pharma Limited, he has gained 18 years professional
experience in the Govt. Health Sector of the country. His strong leadership and professional
expertise is leading the company distinctly ahead in this sector. His is leading the company

from his responsibility of Delta Pharma Limited, he is also the Managing Director of Delta
Limited and Delta API Limited, the subsidiary company of the Delta Pharma Limited.

Md. Golam Rabbani
Md. Golam Rabbani is a Pharmaceutical graduate from the University of Dhaka. He also
holds a Masters
in Pharmacy from University of Dhaka. He has a vast experience of more than 37 years in
pharmaceutical Manufacturing in different companies of Bangladesh.

Ziaur Rahman
Ziaur Rahman is a Pharmaceutical graduate from the University of Dhaka. He also holds a
Masters
in Pharmacy from University of Dhaka. He also took MBA from BRAC University. He has a vast
experience of local pharmaceuticals marketing of more than 20 years in different companies of
Bangladesh.

Muhammad Abul Kashem
Muhammad Abul Kashem is an MSc in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology from
University
of Dhaka. He has a vast experience of over 24 years in pharmaceutical Marketing & Sales both in
local
and international market.

Arup Ratan Chowdhury
Arup Ratan Chowdhury has completed his B.Com (Hon’s) from Bhairab Ganguly College, under
Calcutta University. He has successfully completed a CA Course from Basu Banerjee Nath & Co,
Charterd
Accounts. Mr. Arup Ratan Chowdhury has an extensive experience of over 22 years in Finance and
Accounts Department.

Mahnaj Azad is a Graduate of English Literature and Culture from University of South
Asia. She has also
